| | Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and if you happen to be in Pickett County of Tennessee, Ridge Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Glide down the rapids of Pine Creek in a kayak; you can stay the night at Saddle Valley Campground. This part of Tennessee is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season.

Hiking trails are all over the Cumberland Plateau Mountains where wonderful nature is waiting for you. That right there is a heap of fun things already but it goes on, the Cumberland Plateau Mountains has it all. Paddling on North White Oak Creek is so much fun, and swing by Watson Branch it's a magnificent spot to stop at.
