Dog Canyon Trail

  Because Dog Canyon Trail is very far from civilization you always have a good time when you're hiking along it. Big Bend National Park is a delightful place right next door to Dog Canyon Trail, and there's whitewater on Maravillas Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. Dog Canyon is a fine place to go to close by. Around Dog Canyon Trail you donít get a lot of rain. August is when you get the most rain here while March is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
    Summertime highs at Dog Canyon Trail frequently tend to be in the 90's while nighttime lows are generally in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 60's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Dog Canyon Trail.
