Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Juniper Canyon Trail while night lows are generally in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's with temperatures at Juniper Canyon Trail dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Juniper Canyon Trail gets very little precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain     while March is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A short spree to Upper Juniper Spring is always worthwhile, and a trip to Big Bend National Park is worthwhile. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Rio Grande, and a journey to Juniper Canyon Trail wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Kibbe Spring.
