| | Ridge Trail is a long drive away from Austin-Round Rock but what a great place for hiking it is. Get dripping wet paddling on Colorado River; Ridge Trail is a perfect spot to camp, Bel-aire Mobile Home Park is a perfect spot. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Ridge Trail. Paddling on Shoal Creek is so much fun, and there are plenty of folks from Austin-Round Rock here.
Mormon Spring is a nice local attraction; Pecan Grove RV Park is a great campground here. Mount Bonnell Spring is always fun to check out, and swing by Hucks |
Slough it's a pleasant site to visit. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Ridge Trail highs are frequently in the 90's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 70's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's; night lows in the 30's for Ridge Trail.

| Trail gets a common amount of annual rain; May is when you get the most rain here; December is when it's the driest. In Texas you never run out of outdoors fun.
Lots of fun awaits you along this river. An exciting thing to go to close to Ridge Trail is Tom Miller Dam, and why not a little side visit to Dry Creek. | |
