    nice trail. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Alpine Pond Trail, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Alpine Pond Trail drop into the 10's. Alpine Pond Trail
is regularly a relatively dried up spot; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most while June is ordinarily the driest month.
If time allows, Cedar Breaks National Monument is a national park worth stopping at, and a nice place to pop by nearby is Columbine Canyon.
