| | Finally, hiking time is here again, and if you happen to be in Iron County of Utah, Big Hollow Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. For the duration of the summer months at Big Hollow Trail temperatures are usually in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Big Hollow Trail. It is very dehydrated here at Big Hollow Trail generally; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most while June |

Lower Pines Campground is a great campground nearby, and don't leave Big Hollow Trail without first paying a visit to Big Hollow Spring.
