A brilliant location for whitewater paddling next to Blue Trail is Ferron Creek, and some of the water close by flows, like Blue Trail Creek. Because Blue Trail is very far from civilization it sure is a nice trail. If you came to camp Mill Site Campground is a magnificent place to do that, and Cottonwood Creek is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Not much precipitation falls here at Blue Trail; March is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is June. There's     so much to do here at Blue Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Ferron Canyon Campground is a wonderful spot for that, and swing by Birch Creek it's a delightful spot to take a look at. Through the long summer days here at Blue Trail, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Blue Trail dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
