| | Bright Angel Trail being so far away from the nearest city many people like to hike here to be close to nature. This part of Utah has a great deal of available outdoors activities. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Colorado River, and a great spot to camp here at Bright Angel Trail is Squaw Flat Campground.
Bright Angel Trail is regularly a reasonably dehydrated site; all through October this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. East Fork Salt Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit, and camping is |
available at Needles Outpost Campground. This is such a wonderful river.
