| | Summertime highs at California Trail generally tend to be in the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. During the winter highs are mostly in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for California Trail. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Worthington Spring, and close by Granite Pass is a perfect place to go. If time allows, City Of Rocks National Reserve is a national park worth a visit. You'll have to go far from Burley to get to California Trail but if you're looking for a good place to go hiking this is a good choice. Not much precipitation falls here at California Trail; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
