  Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Gardner Peak Trail in Washington County, Utah is a really good place to spend some time. Gardner Peak Trail is not very near St. George at all but hiking along this trail is very enjoyable. The scenery at Pine Valley Reservoir Dam close to Gardner Peak Trail is wonderful, and as expected Middle Fork Santa Clara River is a scenic stream that is worth taking a look at. And that's not all you can do here at Gardner Peak Trail. Get wet paddling on Virgin River.

    like this part of Utah. This is such a great river. Gardner Peak Trail is a magnificent place to camp, Lower Pines Campground is a magnificent place; a brilliant place to stop at nearby is Squaw Canyon. Stay the night at Juniper Park Campground, and you'll meet a lot of folks from
St. George here.
Gardner Peak Trail is usually a rather dehydrated location; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain while June is ordinarily the driest month. Places like Jodes Flat are brilliant to check out; do stop by Right Fork Santa Clara River if you're here at Gardner Peak Trail. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Gardner Peak Trail. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Gardner Peak Trail sink into the 10's.
