| | Utah has lots of outdoors activities. Highline Trail is a location that is rather dry regularly; February is when you get the most snow here, and June is when it's the driest. This river is so good. There's whitewater on Duchesne River for all you thrill seekers.
In the Uinta Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you. Highline Trail being so far away from the nearest city it sure is a nice trail. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Uinta Mountains. There are some tremendous whitewater spots |
on Rock Creek, and camping is available at Highline Trail Head Campground.
Hitting the trails is always a fun thing to do and Highline Trail in Duchesne County, Utah is a good choice. If you came for an overnight stay Butterfly Campground is a glorious site to camp, and spots
| like Naturalist Basin are good to check out. High temperatures at Highline Trail during the summertime are in the 80's, and the night is a little cooler of course, generally in the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Highline Trail nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's.
