In the Uinta Mountains there are many great hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. If you are in Utah during hiking season you have to go hiking. Highline Trail is located quite a long drive from Evanston but when you hike it you're always having a good time.
We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Highline Trail in Duchesne County, Utah is the outdoors at it's best. Highline Trail is wonderful enough to
spend more than a day at, Butterfly Campground is a wonderful local campground. You can run the rapids of Duchesne River in the neighborhood of Highline Trail; if you came to camp Highline Trail Head Campground is a great place to do that.
