At this river you will never have a bad time. Why not camp at Ruby's Inn Campground while you're here at Queens Garden Trail; a visit to nearby Bryce Point is very relaxing. Looking for a wonderful trip? Bryce Canyon National Park is relatively right next door to Queens Garden Trail, and a short visit to Yellow Spring is always worthwhile.
Queens Garden Trail is pretty arid frequently;
    the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while January is ordinarily the driest month. Camping at Queens Garden Trail is great fun, Bryce Canyon Pines is a great local campground, and Peekaboo Canyon is a fine place to explore.
