We all need to get out in nature once in a while and if you happen to be in Washington County of Utah, Summit Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Goat Spring is a great local attraction, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Virgin River. This river is so great. If you came to camp Pine Valley Equestrian Camp - Dixie National Forest is a nice place to do that, and Indian Hollow     Spring is a delightful spot to check out while you're at Summit Trail. There's so much to do here at Summit Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Lake - Dixie National Forest is a wonderful place for that. Through the summertime months, highs typically are in the 90's at Summit Trail. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 40's; night lows at Summit Trail through the wintertime mostly plunge into the 10's. Summit Trail is not far at all from St. George, and a magnificent place close by is Goat Canyon.
