  Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Bear Wallow Trail in Shenandoah County, Virginia is such a great place. No chance of getting bored in Virginia if you like the outdoors. Summertime highs at Bear Wallow Trail commonly tend to be in the 80's. Battle Of Cedar Creek Campground is a magnificent campground nearby, and you don’t have to go far from Bear Wallow Trail to see the water at Strasburg Dam. Bear Wallow Trail is a good site of normal rainfall; through July this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
In the Blue Ridge Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails,
 
there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. Bear Wallow Trail is not very near Winchester at all but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person.
