  This part of Virginia is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Buck Mountain Trail in Augusta County, Virginia is just what you need. There's so much to do here at Buck Mountain Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Stokesville Park Recreational is a good site for that. A nice spot for whitewater paddling near Buck Mountain Trail is Little River - North R. Tributary,
    and at Buck Mountain Trail you always meet someone from Mount Solon. Briery Branch is a fine whitewater spot in the vicinity of Buck Mountain Trail; you can stay the night at North River Campground. An average amount of precipitation
