Chestnut Ridge Trail is a trail quite far from Staunton-Waynesboro but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. You'll meet a lot of people from Staunton-Waynesboro here, and there's whitewater on North River for all you adrenaline kick people.
A good place to camp here at Chestnut Ridge Trail is North River Campground. Why not camp at Stokesville Park Recreational while you're here at Chestnut Ridge Trail; there are some wonderful whitewater spots on Little River |
- North R. Tributary. A perfect place to pop by next to Chestnut Ridge Trail is Daggy Camp Hollow, and if you're here, you could go to Little Skidmore Fork.
