  In Virginia you never run out of outdoors fun. Because Comers Creek Trail is very far from civilization there's great natural beauty awaiting you along it. In the Blue Ridge Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails where beautiful scenery awaits you. For the period of the summer months highs here at Comers Creek Trail reach the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Comers Creek Trail.
And if that's not enough
    there's heaps more entertaining things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Comers Creek Trail is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Hurricane Campground is a magnificent local campground, and whitewater paddling is nice on Big Wilson Creek. Get covered with water paddling
on Green Cove Creek. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and if you happen to be in Smyth County of Virginia, Comers Creek Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching.
Hurricane Creek is a perfect local stream; while you're here, you might as well check out Slabtown Hollow. Camping at Raccoon Branch Campground is always a perfect experience; some of the water close by flows, like Shanty Branch.
Comers Creek Trail sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is mostly July, that's the one that rains the most; November is the month with the least moisture.
