Dividing Ridge Trail

  It's a long drive from Staunton-Waynesboro to Dividing Ridge Trail but it is a great escape from the city. Stay the night at North River Campground, and some of the water nearby flows, like Rattlesnake Run. Float down the rapids of North River in a kayak, and Horse Trough Hollow is also a perfect place to look at. There are plenty of folks from West Augusta here at Dividing Ridge Trail. Mitchell Branch is a great local stream. You'll need more than a day
    to explore everything Dividing Ridge Trail has to offer, you can camp at Stokesville Park Recreational. Get wet paddling on Calfpasture River. For the duration of the summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Dividing Ridge Trail,
and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Dividing Ridge Trail. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Dividing Ridge Trail. For the period of the month of July you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest.
