| | We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Gap Trail in Shenandoah County, Virginia is the outdoors at it's best. If you are in Virginia during hiking season you have to go hiking. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Glide down the rapids of Stony Creek - North fork Shenandoah Tributary in a kayak, and camping is available at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp.

Trail, but it's one of those places where hiking is great. Visiting Shenandoah National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and don't leave Gap Trail without first paying a visit to Hiden Spring.
