Lions Tale Trail

  Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Lions Tale Trail in Shenandoah County, Virginia is a perfect place for getting out. Pretty far from Harrisonburg you find Lions Tale Trail but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. Hiking trails are all over the Blue Ridge Mountains where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. While visiting this area in Virginia it's a good idea to go hiking too.
A good site
    to camp here at Lions Tale Trail is Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp, and if time allows, Shenandoah National Park is a national park worth a visit. Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home
again. Get dripping wet paddling on Passage Creek, and Big Spring is an inspiring location to take a look at while you're here. Paddling on Shenandoah River - South Fork is so much fun; Mooreland Gap is unquestionably a great location to explore. Camping at Fort Valley Stable's Horse and Mule Campground is always a delightful experience, and during your journey here you'll meet some people from Edinburg for sure. Trail is so good! Take a little trip to Mountain Run if you're here at Lions Tale Trail. Shenandoah River Andy Guest State Park is a lovely place any time of year. Through the months of summer here at Lions Tale Trail, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's.
