why not post more photos of the park. I'd like to see the Spanish moss draped cypresses and live oaks. this is on of the most attractive elements of the region. it is said that alligators can survive there. maybe the introduction of them will being more tourist dollars.

Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Long Creek Trail in Virginia Beach (city) County, Virginia is just what you need. If you came for an overnight stay First Landing State Park is a great site to camp; do schedule some time to check out Carter Point if you have a chance.
Mill Dam Creek is right next door to Long Creek Trail and is always a pleasure to go to, and you're sure to come across some nice folks from Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News here. |
