During the summertime months highs here at Rich Hole Trail get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Rich Hole Trail.

In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Colliers Creek; if you fancy a little side visit, try Rich Hole. All the water falling down from the sky makes Rich Hole Trail a wet place; July is the month that gets the most rain, and December is the month with the least moisture. Rich Hole Trail is quite far from the nearest urban center and it is a good trail.
