  Pretty far from Harrisonburg you find Story Book Trail but what a great place for hiking it is. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Endless Caverns is a great campground here; a pleasant place for whitewater paddling is Shenandoah River - South Fork. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up.
As long as you like the outdoors you will like Virginia. Story Book Trail gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; May is when you get the most rain here, and January meanwhile is the
    driest month. All through the summer at Story Book Trail temperatures are mostly in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's, and overnight lows at Story Book Trail through
the winter regularly drop into the 10's.
This river is always fun. Don't forget to take a pleasant little journey to Georges Run; obviously, all our national parks are delightful sites to visit and Shenandoah National Park is no exception. Can’t wait to get out in nature, Story Book Trail in Page County, Virginia is just the place. Mill Creek - Shenandoah Tributary is a great whitewater spot right next door to Story Book Trail, and if you're here, you might as well visit Browns Hollow.
