Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Third Peak Trail in Grayson County, Virginia is a great place to go. Get yourself into a kayak and hit New River - South Fork.

here at Third Peak Trail why not go to Fairwood Valley. There's so much to do here at Third Peak Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Hurricane Campground is a nice location for that. Through the days of summer highs here at Third Peak Trail get into the 80's. During the
| moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Third Peak Trail all through the winter generally descend into the 20's.
Third Peak Trail sees pretty high levels of rain; July is the wettest month with most rain while November is frequently the driest month. In the Blue Ridge Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area.
