All through the warm days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Timber Ridge Trail, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Timber Ridge Trail. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Timber Ridge Trail; during July this area
    sees the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest.
A perfect spot to stop at next to Timber Ridge Trail is Briery Branch Gap; in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River - North R. Tributary.
