  You'll have to go far from Rutland to get to Circle Trail but it is a great escape from the city. Hiking here in Vermont is a must. It's a nice idea to visit Middle Brook, it's in the vicinity of Circle Trail, and camping at White River Valley Camping is always a great experience. Hey, time for a hike don’t you think? Circle Trail in Rutland County, Vermont is a really good place to spend some time.
Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend White River, and an attention-grabbing thing to pop by near Circle Trail is
    Colton Pond Dam. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Circle Trail temperatures are generally in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Circle Trail temperatures
fall to the 0's. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Circle Trail.
Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the Green Mountains where wonderful nature is waiting for you. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Green Mountains. Here at Circle Trail you'll most likely meet some folks from Rutland, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Mill River. Circle Trail is a good place of typical rainfall; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand
 
is the driest.
While staying at Circle Trail you could always explore Sherburne Pass, and camping is available at Night Eagle Wilderness.
