| | When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Jerusalem Trail in Chittenden County, Vermont is such a great place. This part of Vermont has a great deal of available outdoors activities. If you came for an overnight stay Duxbury Campground is a great place to camp.
Some of the water close by flows, like Stave Brook, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on New Haven River. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Jerusalem Trail, and the overnight is a bit cooler of course, frequently in the 50's. The cold days of the |
winter come with highs in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Jerusalem Trail temperatures sink to the 0's. Jerusalem Trail is a trail quite far from Barre but hiking it is great fun any time.
Get yourself into a kayak and hit Huntington River, and Chamberlain
| Glen is a pleasant place to pop by. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Green Mountains where wonderful nature is waiting for you. So many fun things in the Green Mountains, just fantastic. Camping is available at Green Mt. Family Campground, and a forest nearby is Bristol Municipal Forest.
