| | Can’t wait to get out in nature, Keewaydin Trail in Rutland County, Vermont is a really good place to spend some time. There are many hiking trails in the Green Mountains, it's a great hiking area. A long drive separates Rutland from Keewaydin Trail, but hiking along this trail is very enjoyable.
And if that's not sufficient there's a load more cool stuff to do in the Green Mountains. Paddling on Big Branch is so much fun. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Keewaydin Trail has to offer, you can camp at Iroquois Land Family Campground. |

This river is so wonderful. Take a side trip to Bully Brook; Keewaydin Trail is a magnificent location to camp, Otter Creek Campground is a magnificent location. You'll meet a lot of people from Rutland here, and do visit Patch Brook if you're here at Keewaydin Trail. Mill River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by.
