Oak Ridge Trail

  Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, Oak Ridge Trail in Addison County, Vermont is just the place. It's a long drive from Rutland to Oak Ridge Trail but it is a really good trail. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Green Mountains where wonderful nature is waiting for you. Vermont is a good place for outdoors people.

    Campground is a delightful local campground. It's a good idea to stop by North Branch Middlebury River, it's near Oak Ridge Trail, and paddling on Middlebury River is so much fun. Don't forget to take a glorious little tour to Dragon
Brook, and get soaked paddling on New Haven River. A visit to Branbury State Park when you're here at Oak Ridge Trail is never a bad idea, and there are plenty of people from Salisbury here. There's so much to do here at Oak Ridge Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Moosalamoo Campground is a glorious site for that. Through the summer months at Oak Ridge Trail temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.  
Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 20's with temperatures at Oak Ridge Trail dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. An average amount of rain falls at Oak Ridge Trail.
