| | While visiting this area in Vermont it's a good idea to go hiking too. Old Job Trail is a long drive away from Rutland but It's always fun to hike here. Old Job Trail gets lots of water; through August this area sees the most rain; February is when it's the driest.

There's so much to do here at Old Job Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Otter Creek Campground is a magnificent place for that, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Big Branch.
