| | Finally, hiking time is here again, and Red Pine Trail in Essex County, Vermont is the outdoors at it's best. Red Pine Trail is not very near Berlin at all but it's one of those places where hiking is great. Through the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Red Pine Trail, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. of Nulhegan River in a kayak. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Green Mountains. Tuffield Willey Brook flows through this neighborhood, and camping is available at Burke Mountain Campgrounds. If you come at the right time of year, Clyde River offers some perfect whitewater,
| and Brighton Municipal Forest is a delightful local forest. If you're here at Red Pine Trail, you could go to Goupee Brook, and camping at Lakeside Camping Area is always a magnificent experience. Taking a little tour to nearby Eagle Point is a pleasant idea, and if you're visiting from Berlin, you won't be the only one. Hiking here in Vermont is a must. In the Green Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. Red Pine Trail gets a normal amount of rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is usually the driest month. | |
