  Windows Trail is a long drive away from Rutland but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. Gotta get out of the city man, and if you happen to be in Addison County of Vermont, Windows Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Brandy Brook is a pretty stream that is worth visiting, and there's whitewater on Middlebury River for all you adrenaline kick people. You truly should go for Windows Trail.
Man, is there heaps of amusing stuff to do in the Green Mountains. Windows Trail is in the neighborhood
    of Goshen Dam which is a striking site unquestionably worth stopping at, and why not camp at United States Forest Service Mount Moosalamoo Campground while you're here at Windows Trail. High temperatures at Windows Trail during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's, and
through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Windows Trail are in the 0's. Take a side trip to Goshen Brook, and during your tour here you'll meet some people from Rutland for sure.
Hiking here in Vermont is a must. This is a great river. Get your heart beating on the splendid whitewater of New Haven River, and camping at Windows Trail is fine fun, Moosalamoo Campground is a fine local campground.
