  The high level of rain makes Allegheny Trail a reasonably wet location; the month with most of the rain is July; February is the month with the least moisture. West Virginia has lots of outdoors activities.
Falls Of Seneca is always fun to check out. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Allegheny Trail has to offer, you can camp at Swallow Rock Campground. Upper Gulf Run is near Allegheny Trail and is always a delight to pop by, and whitewater paddling is nice on Seneca Creek.
Throughout the warm months at Allegheny Trail temperatures
    are commonly in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are commonly in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Allegheny Trail temperatures sink to the 10's. Stay the night at Judy Springs Campground; paddling on Waites Run is so much fun.
