Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Big Run Trail in Greenbrier County, West Virginia is just the place.
For the duration of the warm days of summer at Big Run Trail highs are regularly in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's, and night lows in the 10's for Big Run Trail. Camping |
is available at Twilight Overnight Camp Ground, and soar down the rapids of Anthony Creek in a kayak.
This river is so perfect. Take a side tour to Big Run, and camping at End Of The Trail Campground is always a magnificent experience. Big Run Trail usually gets lots of rain; July is the wettest month with most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month.
