Summertime at Blue Bend Loop Trail comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Blue Bend Loop Trail.
There are some great whitewater spots on Anthony Creek, and if you came to camp End Of The Trail Campground is a good |

spot to do that. If you come at the right time of year, Anthony Creek offers some brilliant whitewater; camping at Twilight Overnight Camp Ground is always a great experience. All the water falling down from the sky makes Blue Bend Loop Trail a wet site; during the month of July
| you get the most rain around here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
A tour to Big Draft is always fun, and Rocky Run is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting. West Virginia is a great place for hikers. | |
