| | Stay the night at McClintic Point Primitive Campground; get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Anthony Creek. Diley Trail is a good site to visit for more than one day, Bolar Mountain Campground is a good site to camp nearby, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Ogle Creek.
Diley Trail is quite far from the nearest urban center and it is a great escape from the city. A large amount of rainfall falls at Diley Trail; July is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least |
moisture. Dilley Run is a pretty stream that is worth taking a look at, and not far from Diley Trail you get some magnificent water scenery at Lake Sherwood Dam.
Throughout the summer at Diley Trail highs are typically in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Diley Trail.
