  Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, Gauley Mountain Trail in Pocahontas County, West Virginia is a good choice. Take a little journey to Red Run since you're here at Gauley Mountain Trail; Day Run Campground is a wonderful local campground. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Tea Creek, and Watoga State Park is a fine site. You'll meet a lot of people from Slatyfork here; if you came for an overnight stay Tea Creek Campground is
    a fine place to camp. Stoney Creek Mountain Spring is an inspiring place to pop by while here, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Elk River. What a location this is for outdoors people.
