| | Hill Top Trail being so far away from the nearest city there's great natural beauty awaiting you along it. Hill Top Trail is a wet place that gets lots of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July, and February on the other hand is the driest. You don't must go far from Hill Top Trail to enjoy Seneca State Forest; Seven Mile Campground is a pleasant local campground.
During the summertime highs here at Hill Top Trail reach the 70's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, |
and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Hill Top Trail. Hill Top Trail is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Bird Run Campground is a fine place to camp nearby.
Take a side tour to Sandy Lick Run; there are some great whitewater spots on Greenbrier River. Powder Lick Run is a delightful stream that is worth stopping at, and you could always discover Rich Patch Hollow.
