Getting to Fallen Timber Run from Middle Mountain Trail is trouble-free, and a great location to camp here at Middle Mountain Trail is Pocahontas Picnic And Campground. There are some nice whitewater spots on Anthony Creek, and why not camp at Bolar Mountain Campground since you're here at Middle Mountain Trail. Robbins Run. Middle Mountain Trail gets a large amount of water; most of the rain falls throughout July; February is when it's the driest. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Middle Mountain Trail while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Middle Mountain Trail.
