Old Romney Grade

  Put on your hiking shoes and hit the trail, Old Romney Grade in Hampshire County, West Virginia is a perfect place for getting out. West Virginia is a great place for hikers. Old Romney Grade is a long drive away from Winchester but it is a really good trail. Everybody loves Cacapon State Park, and Buffalo Gap Community Camp is a glorious local campground. Paddling on Back Creek - Potomac Tributary is so much fun, and why not camp at Log Cabin Campground
    since you're here at Old Romney Grade. Lots of people from Cross Junction come to Old Romney Grade, and glide down the rapids of Cacapon River in a kayak. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Old Romney Grade,
and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Old Romney Grade. Old Romney Grade gets a typical amount of annual rainfall. The wettest month of the year is frequently May, that's the one that rains the most while February is commonly the driest month.
