| | Gotta get out of the city man, and Peer Trail in Hardy County, West Virginia is such a great place. Cove Run is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at; a trip to Peer Trail wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Boiling Spring. If you come at the right time of year, Waites Run offers some fine whitewater; you'll meet a lot of people from Winchester here.
All through the summer months highs here at Peer Trail get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime the highs |

are mostly in the 30's with temperatures at Peer Trail dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Pond Run is a stream that you may encounter while here. There's so much to do here at Peer Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Big Stony Family Campgrounds is a wonderful
| site for that.
A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Peer Trail; during the month of July you get the most rain around here; the driest of the months is February. Peer Trail is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Trout Pond Campground is a magnificent local campground, and close by you hit upon Racer Camp Hollow which is a good location to take a look at. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Trout Run; Wilson Cove is a perfect place to check out.
