This river is so perfect. You can run the rapids of Lost River next to Squirrel Gap Trail, and since
    you're here at Squirrel Gap Trail it's a tremendous idea to take a look at Cave Valley. Get your pulse rate up on the fine whitewater of Trout Run. Summertime highs at Squirrel Gap Trail mostly tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's.
