  Tingler Trail is very far from the nearest big city and you always have a good time when you're hiking along it. Tingler Trail is a pretty wet place regularly with a lot of precipitation; through July this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. It's a delightful idea to stop at Tingler Run, it's in the vicinity of Tingler Trail.
The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Tingler Trail while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and after
    the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Tingler Trail sink into the 10's. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Cheat River - Shavers Fork; if you came for an overnight stay Little River Campground is a perfect place to camp.
There's whitewater on Greenbrier
River - East Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and a quick tour to Five Lick Run is without doubt a great idea. This river is always fun. A great place to visit in close proximity to Tingler Trail is Camp Hollow, and camping is available at Laurel Fork Campground.
