  We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Bear Creek Trail in Fremont County, Wyoming is a good choice. A visit to Wyoming is not complete without some hiking. Because Bear Creek Trail is very far from civilization it is a good trail. It is very dried out here at Bear Creek Trail generally; June is the month that gets the most rain while February is typically the driest month.
There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Absaroka Range where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. A good site to camp here at Bear Creek
    Trail is Brown Mountain Campground; paddling on Wind River - East Fork is so much fun. This is such a wonderful river.
For the duration of the summer at Bear Creek Trail highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The cold days
of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Bear Creek Trail through the wintertime usually plunge into the 10's. Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. Camping at Double Cabin Campground is always a perfect experience, and get soaked paddling on Greybull River.
