| | Boulder Basin Trail being so far away from the nearest city It's always fun to hike here. So much fun stuff in the Wind River Range, just phenomenal. There's whitewater on Green River for all you adrenaline people, and Upper Boulder Basin is a perfect location to stretch your legs a bit.
Wyoming is a good place for outdoors people. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Boulder Basin Trail. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Boulder Basin Trail dipping down |
into the-10's through winter nights. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Boulder Basin Trail in Sublette County, Wyoming is a really good place to spend some time.
It is very dry here at Boulder Basin Trail frequently; the wettest
| month of the year is regularly January, that's the one that snows the most, and July is when it's the driest. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the Wind River Range where beautiful scenery awaits you. This river is so perfect. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Boulder Creek; if you came for an overnight stay New York Campground is a fine site to camp.
Why not camp at The Narrows Campground while you're here at Boulder Basin Trail, and Lower Boulder Basin is a gorgeous spot any time of year. | |
