| | There are many hiking trails in the Absaroka Range, it's a great hiking area. Because Crandall Cutoff Trail is very far from civilization trails like these are great. Take a side trip to North Fork Crandall Creek, and Hunter Peak Campground is a good campground nearby.
Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Crandall Cutoff Trail is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Lake Creek Campground is a nice site to camp nearby, and Crandall Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot nearby. Hiking |
