| | Granite Canyon Trail is a trail quite far from Jackson but when you hike it you're always having a good time. Granite Canyon Trail gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls during May; the driest month of the year is August. Teton Village / Jackson West KOA is a great local campground. Granite Canyon is a nice site to spend some time at, and the panoramas at Grand Teton National Park will blow your mind. Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Wagon wheel Campground is a magnificent campground nearby; a good site for whitewater paddling is Ditch Creek. Summertime highs at Granite Canyon Trail regularly tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures
