| | A long drive separates Riverton from Indian Trail, but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. That right there is heaps already, but it carries on; Indian Trail has it all. Indian Trail is mostly a quite waterless place; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is January.
That right there is lots of fun things already but it goes on, the Wind River Range has it all. Don't forget to take a good little journey to Hidden Creek, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Middle Popo Agie River. Ok, you've |
been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Indian Trail in Fremont County, Wyoming is a great place to go. Spring Creek is a scenic stream that is worth taking a look at; camping is available at Popo Agie Campground.
There are many hiking trails in the Wind
| River Range where beautiful scenery awaits you. A tour to Bayer Park revives the spirit, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Sweetwater River. A nice place to camp here at Indian Trail is Louis Beach Campground; everyone loves Maxon Basin.
If you are in Wyoming during hiking season you have to go hiking. During the months of summer here at Indian Trail, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are commonly in the 30's with temperatures at Indian Trail dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. | |
