| | In the Wind River Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. This part of Wyoming is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. At Indian Trail through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at Indian Trail dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights.

Creek, and Maxon Basin is a fine place here at Indian Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Indian Trail; all through May this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is January. Indian Trail is not very near Riverton at all but hiking is such a fun thing to do and
| this is a great place to do that.
In the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sweetwater River, and you can stay the night at Louis Beach Campground. Middle Popo Agie River is a delightful whitewater spot near Indian Trail, and Bayer Park is right here at Indian Trail. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Indian Trail.
