| | Ishawooa Trail is quite far from the nearest urban center and it is a good trail. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the Absaroka Range, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. All through the long summer days at Ishawooa Trail highs are generally in the 80's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Ishawooa Trail. Take a side spree to Yellow Creek. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the Absaroka Range. Stay the night at Big Game Campground, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Shoshone River - South Fork.
