Camping at The Narrows Campground is always a pleasant experience; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Green River. Camping is available at New York Campground.
As long as you like the outdoors you will like Wyoming. At Jim Creek Trail you don’t see much precipitation; during January this area sees the most snow; July is the month with |
the least moisture. Hiking trails are all over the Wind River Range, it's a great hiking area.
Porcupine Pass is a splendid location to visit close by; get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Boulder Creek. Throughout the months of summer, highs frequently are in
| the 70's at Jim Creek Trail. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 30's. During the wintertime the highs are typically in the 20's with temperatures at Jim Creek Trail dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. Jim Creek Trail is a very long way away from civilization and it is a fun place to hike for the whole family.
